We worked with David Hertz Architects on this project. The dwelling included 1 bedroom,1  bath, kitchen, custom eucalyptus infared sauna, steam room, cold plunge,  and a roof deck. The roof deck included an outdoor kitchen, custom seating, telescoping tv and firepit. The interior was dressed in plaster and teak finishes and the oversized windows and doors were manufactured by Torrance steel.
