The home was designed by Richard Berliner. The construction of this home used Eco-friendly “green” interior plaster products and building materials throughout. This home features black walnut floors, Tuscan kitchens and bath designs, tile roofing, and custom steel railings on the interior mezzanine, stairways, and exterior balconies. This home also features a custom pool, spa, and full sports court.
