This project combines contemporary and industrial designs. The house was designed to combine warm contemporary living with a functional and sustainable work space. The house is three stories with a metal industrial stair case and mesh railings coming straight up through the center of the home. This house features radiant heat with finish concrete flooring, unique exposed wood truss ceilings, and sealed plywood wall finishes. Fleetwood windows and doors where installed throughout and a full raised lap pool was built. The backyard featured Treks decking, water features, and unique Zen inspired landscaping.
